We really enjoyed our stay, the place was lovely and serene. The staff was friendly, both Ayurvedic pavillion and wellness very nice. The last star from us is missing as the food was very much average/below average. We had an expensive dinner, but the portions were tiny and one of the dishes has unfortunately no taste at all. For the price and the omnipresent high standard we would have expected much more.

Nice hotel in a historical centre of Olomouc. The staff was very nice and friendly. There was a strange smell in the staircase but overall it was ok. A little bit too pricey.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very nice, although a bit more modern style than I would have guessed for the area. But we had a big room with air conditioning and a spacious balcony overlooking the city. Pretty quiet too, which was nice. I wish the beds would have been 90 instead of 80cm, but that's a small complaint that didn't affect the overall experience. Very nice, centrally located hotel!

Very nice value for price. Spread out across several separate buildings with separate entrances. Very nice staff. Decent breakfast. Walking distance to the old town and also the iconic Plague tower

Bought voucher where you can see sauna on picture, only to discover that it's not included in price. Air is musty and you can fell sweat smell. Water in whirlpool doesn't look clean and also smell bad, also you can see that it sloppy renovated. Would not recommend to anyone. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I have been visiting the St. Kateřina resort regularly since 2012 for rest and escape" from noise and stress. It is my time just for me when I am taken care of to the standard in a pleasant environment in the middle of beautiful nature. I highly recommend massages

More like 4.5...We upgraded to a suite and our room was gorgeous (see photos), staff were very helpful in every way. Could have used some safety grab bars to help getting in/out of the Jacuzzi tub as the floors are all tile. Large double heated towel racks so we took advantage and did laundry too! Only complaint would be the breakfast. The hotel was quite full and they were very slow to replenish the hot items and the fruit, once gone, did not appear again. A single two slice toaster. No coffee Urn just a very slow single cup machine which should not be in the same room as the crowd trying to get their meals. Lots of good cold meats and cheeses.
