Beautiful bus station. Amazing ceiling and stained glass window. Good coffee shop inside. Toilets available inside. Lovely place.

Very historical looking and clean train station

We got tickets on the front row and FlixBus did not honor them. Furthermore, blocked it with the seatbelt. Since that was our allocated seat, we had to change seats a few times. I do not recommend FlixBus.

It's ok bus office. Small hidden in the corner next to the entrance.But bus was late and internet not working. Why they don't fix the internet in the bus? Usually never works!

It is a beautiful old building. Go up to the Dome and have a coffee and cakes on the cafe there. Beautiful murals on the walls. Down below is chaos. This station is far too busy with tourists coming and going, trying to find information. We went to the local trains"

Very confusing and the information booth is on the lowest floor which makes it hard to access. Once you finally find the booth the workers are extremely short with you and have no patience to help even though this is the only place to ask questions. I would recommend taking the bus out of Floenc station. It is more intuitive and easier to navigate without having to ask anyone else for help since they don’t want to help you anyway. Now that I have completed my journey I would like to add that the bus genuinely is more effective option as the cost is cheaper the seats are more comfortable and the WiFi actually works on the bus. Skip this station altogether.

Could not be more disappointed with this service ! We missed our bus because the original bus was delayed significantly. When we came back to the stop, the bus had left early! We tried to catch the next bus but the driver was adamant and rude to us and refused us to get on even though there were many open seats. Never use this company service, RegioJet is many times better.

The ride on 20th of July 2022 from Paris (Bercy) to Prague (Florenc) was cancelled due to engine failure. We waited 4 hours for the bus to be fixed and eventually Flixbus cancelled the ride, the bus took passengers back to Bercy Seine station. Flixbus company left us in the middle of the night to deal with the problems they created themselves. We have to book a hotel for one more day and luckily found a BlaBlaCar driver who delivered us to Prague. And now I'm fighting with the support to refund money for the tickets. Horrible experience, beware!
