Paní Markin je skvělá doktorka, chod kliniky je ve velmi milém duchu.. Klinika je vždy čistá, personál velmi ochotny a vždy milý. Oceňuji odbornost obou doktorek, MUDr Markin a MUDr Fialové.K paní Markin chodím již 4 roky,, a prošla se mnou úspěšným těhotenstvím.

Can’t rate the gynem clinic highly enough. Every stage was carefully explained by are wonderful coordinator Oxana. She was very quick to reply to any questions I had and our options were always made very clear to us and their advice was always to give us the best possible outcome. Thank you so much Oxana and team for a great experience. The clinic was always immaculate and we were always treated exceptionally. Would highly recommend to anyone on an ivf journey. A**

K paní doktorce Markin chodím už léta na lasery - nemůžu vyjádřit dostatek vděčnosti za její ochotu, přístup a otevřenost novým medicínským postupům. Paní doktorka mě dostala a velmi pomohla z vleklých chronických problémů, jiní doktoři naprosto selhali. Byla ochotna mě vzít i mimo ordinační hodiny, když jsem opravdu potřebovala. Je vždy pečlivá a jemná. Použití mikroskopu v ordinaci je jen jeden z plusů, které tato ordinace má. Pokud bych mohla dát 10 hvězdiček, ráda dám. Paní doktorku Markin z celého srdce doporučuji.

I highly recommend this clinic! They are accommodating and knowledgeable and I have a very smooth journey from the day I inquired to the main extraction day! I cannot think of a complaint (to think I always does ;)). Specially to the very sweet, lovely and accommodating dearest Antonia! She was my support the whole time since beginning of my egg freezing journey and she never disappoints. I cannot thank them enough. :)I love Prague because I visit the city quite often so I searched for the best clinic that performs this procedure and I came across Gynem. I saw they have lots of good and positive reviews specially for tourists like me. I can list down some of the good things about this clinic:1) They are very responsive and accommodating on all your questions from the moment I inquired to the whole journey and the main day!2) They have really nice and knowledgeable doctors who will explain everything and will answer all questions (simple or not, :-D). Always a good talk with them.3) The clinic is small but very tidy. And the staff are all very friendly. You will not feel annoyed or intimidated as they welcome you with nice smiles. You will feel at home immediately.4) The price is lot cheaper and worth it compared to other clinics I have checked out. Plus you are in a very beautiful city!5) The procedure is smooth, and quick. And they are there the whole time whenever you have questions or in doubt so I never really felt scared.Overall, I am very pleased and happy with the positive result!! Thanks Gynem. They are the best in this field. Doctor Sonja Lazarovska is so devoted to every patient, very rare to see nowadays.She has achieved so much in her profession as a doctor and still, she is so humble, just beautiful personality. Thank you for everything.

This clinic was recommended by a former work-colleague of mine who had a good experience with them. Unfortunately it didn't go well for me.Went there at the beginning of this year to get to know the staff and for some blood tests which could not be performed in my home country. Was told that the results should show up online 3 weeks later.Waited for 3 months and since the coordinator (Mara Corfariu) didn't think of proactively communicating or checking up on me, I reached out instead.Apparently there were some technical issues and all the other tests could be done, just not the ones I went there for.Then I was told they would reimburse me the amount I spent on those tests. So again I waited one more month and I currently am still waiting. No blood tests, no money. No professionalism and no proactive communication, barely any empathy.I am beyond disappointed about the services this so-called clinic has to offer.

We came to the Prague fertility center after many years of experience with 3 different centers in Germany. The Prague clinic is outstanding. We are still in treatment, but we are already very thankful to all colleagues of the centre for stress-free, friendly and professional process. They do everything to make this uneasy way more efficient. Special great acknowledgment to our coordinator Elena Cajka! The coordinator takes care about everything! You feel to be in good hands, you have instant, personal professional consultation any time. You get appointments without any problem in a way which is best for you. You don't need to call and to wait for response. Your coordinator is doing everything for you and contacts you directly. No endless waiting, no crowds, no overfilled reception and waiting area. The process is very smooth. Great idea, all the centers should follow it. All doctors and assistants are very professional and friendly.

Ja nevim. Na zacatku jsem byla spokojena… Ale za poslednich par let se centrum prejmenovalo, rozsirilo, zmenilo - bohuzel spis k horsimu.Lekari jsou prijemni. Je pravda, ze jsem nemusela resit nikdy nic zavaznyho.Ordinace jsou ciste, prostranne, moderne vybavene.Bohuzel personal na recepci celou zkusenost tahne hodne, ale opravdu hodne dolu. Predtim tam byla moc ochotni a sikovni sestricka, ale ted je na recepci zastup slecen, ktere jako by tam byly porad v zacviku a meli na recepci debatni krouzek (omlouvam se vyjimkam). Jsou casto zmatene, nepeclive, pusobi nekdy hodne nekompetentne a neduveryhodne, kdyz neumi odpovedet, interne se zeptaji (za snahu davam palec nahoru), ale zakazdym dostanete jinou odpoved a tak vytvareji chaos a uplne zbytecne nedorozumeni...Objednat se je hluboky zazitek. Pres internet to jde, ale k jinemu lekari nez bezne chodite a terminy jsou hodne omezene. Telefonicky je to hodne zdlouhavy. Je tezke se vubec dovolat. Kdyz poslete sms, nikdo vam neodepise/ nezavola. Ze je potreba psat email.Ceny jsou uz opravdu vysoky a to klinika spolupracuje s pojistovnama. A co je vlastne v rocnim clenskym (2500,-) zahrnuto, je uz pro mne zahadou. Predtim to bylo vsechno hezky vyjmenovany na doklade o zaplaceni… ted je jenom uvedeny- Ročni členství a cena. Ani na webu jsem to nedohledala.

We highly recommend the clinic! Beautiful, kind, professional people who told us step by step everything we were going to do, from treatments to risks. I did an embryo transfer on February 6th, and on the 15th I ran out of patience and took a test: positive! I didn't believe it, I did 3 more: positive! In 16 february, I did Beta HCG and it came out positive, pregnancy: weeks 4-5! We hope that everything will continue well from here on, but we recommend the EUROPE IVF Clinic! Thank you from the bottom of our heart to Dr. Tomilova Marina and of course to Alexandra Luchian who was always there for any question we had! You deserve 10 stars!

It’s been very smooth process and well co ordinated by Neda and Barbora.I can’t thank enough what we have achieved with Gynem medication and humble co operation throughout.Thanks Nada again and the whole team with chief doctor who answered all my emergency calls out of hours. As we were really concerned on weekend when my wife and me got nervous about medication but doctor and co ordinator had assured us and advised as what needed. We have baby girl healthy and 100 percent fine pregnancy throughout.
